Initial Telehealth Consultation- $55

Exam fee includes a 30 minute video consultation with Dr. Annie to discuss primary concern, next steps, as well as a medication and follow-up plan

Follow-Up Telehealth Consultation- $45

Used for ongoing issues that may require frequent check-ins or ongoing prescriptions

There is a $3 medication dispense fee added to all bills requiring prescriptions following the consult

At this time, the patient must be located within the state of Ohio

In-Person Exam- $90

Offered on a case-by-case basis at this time to residents of Columbus and the surrounding areas. In-person exams are useful for patients needing long-term prescriptions, weight management plans, behavioral concerns, or other chronic conditions. Please reach by email for more information.
